TERMS OF SERVICE
The following Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) is effective at the time of enrolment and all future updates as per agreement.
BETWEEN: Systemise Home & Business Services LTD (the “Service Provider”), an organisation existing under the laws of the United Kingdom with its head office located:
1-7 Dunstall Street
Scunthorpe
Dn15 6LB
AND:
You, the client enrolling into our service.
WHEREAS, the Service Provider is in the business of operations of products and services relating to home and business cleaning and supporting activities.
WHEREAS, this Agreement contains the Service Provider’s terms of engagement:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the parties hereto, intending, to be legally bound, agree as follows:
- SERVICES PROVIDED
All work carried out will be by your request whether one-off cleans or regular cleans will be charged for at the end of every month if for any reasons you cant or wont pay, our housekeepers will stop all work for your company/ property and you will not receive anymore services until payment is made.
It may not always be the same housekeeper but will always be a high standard clean.
All our housekeepers are DBS checked for your reassurance, similar background checks will be made on you for our housekeepers safety.
A minimum of 2 hrs per visit is required unless you have more than one clean booked in a week.
We do not require clients to be present as we carry out our service however if you would like a clean to be carried out without you in the property you will be asked to sign a key-holder agreement so that our housekeepers can get access to your property.
We provide all our housekeepers with a checklist of what to do in your house however we advised that you leave a list of priorities if you are not going to be in when our housekeeper attends so they know what is most important to you and what to start with first ,so you can get the best service possible from our housekeeping team.
- RESPONSIBILITY

Our housekeepers may take photos in your property from time to time to either update your checklist booklet or to report an issue although we hope that never happens if it does we do take photos as a way to document what issue has happened and how to resolve the matter and make sure it doesn't happen again.
Please note we have a zero tolerance to aggressive behaviour and if you are ever unkind to any of our members of staff it may result in the issue not being resolved or even termination of your contract depending on the circumstances.
- CALCULATION OF FEES AND OTHER CHARGES
All quotes stand for 30 days any longer than that and you will need new quote to be done.Please note it is advised to have a deep clean to start of with to make it easier for our housekeepers to get in to a routine with you of what needs to be done in your household, no worries if you do not want this service as it just means our housekeepers will just deep clean one room at a time per each visit.
- BILLING ARRANGEMENTS & NON PAYMENT
- Clients are to give no less than 24 hours notice of cancellation of visit otherwise they have to pay the housekeeper in full.
- We reserve the right to cancel services without notice if payment is not received
- We reserve the right to charge interest if the invoiced balance is not paid in 30 days of receiving.
- The client agrees to and authorises us to charge their debit/credit card he/she provided to the company.
- No refunds will be given once work has been carried out.I f you are unhappy with the service carried out please contact us directly within 24hrs and we will send someone out to rectify the issue. However if for any reason the housekeeper doesn’t attend, a refund will be issued to you if you have already paid in advance.
- If we attend your property and you either do not answer or we cannot access your property we will wait 30 minutes and if we still cannot access your property and you have not canceled you will be charged.
- INVESTIGATIONS & CLAIMS
All complaints are taken seriously and if for any reason you are unhappy and want to complain about anything to do with our service please contact us as soon as possible. Your custom is very important to us and we want you to be happy with our services.
- INSURANCE
Systemise Housekeeping's public liability insurance covers damages caused by cleaning operations working on behalf of the company, all claims have a maximum of £100.
- TERMINATION BY CLIENT
- Client leave clause - 1 month notice period if for any reason you are unhappy with our services do not hesitate to contact us to try and resolve the issue, if you're still unhappy after this and want to cancel please note that there is a 1 month notice period.
- TERMINATION BY SERVICE PROVIDER
Service Provider may terminate this agreement and stop acting for client if:
- Client does not comply with this Agreement.
- Service Provider forms the opinion, on reasonable grounds, that mutual confidence and trust do not exist between both parties.
- Service Provider believes on reasonable grounds that, by continuing to act for Client, it may breach the professional conduct rules which are binding upon professionals in the industry.
- NON DISCLOSURE, PRIVACY & ETHICS STATEMENT
Service Provider & Client both operate under non disclosure agreements and ethics policy. The service provider and client are committed to not disclosing any confidential information.
The service provider is committed to serving the client meaning the Service Provider would never do anything to risk this relationship. If in the event concerns are raised, the Service Provider will investigate fully however due to privacy we will never disclose confidential details of other clients in the service.
By agreeing to enrol into our service, your email address will be added to our list for the purpose of sharing insights of the service, useful materials and potential future marketing materials. Each party will be responsible for the execution of this agreement.
